Stretch wrap on your tummy

Here are the basic steps in understanding how to knot the stretch wrap on your tummy :

 


 

Place the middle of the wrap against your chest so that the upper edge passes directly under your arms and the lower edge is at the level of your belly button.

Cross the wrap in back of you.
 
Bring each side forward by passing it over your shoulders.

 
At this stage, each side rests on a shoulder and falls freely to the ground in front of you. Spread the wrap over each shoulder and in your back so that it is not twisted and doesn’t present any pressure anywhere at the waist.

Take each end  of the wrap and pass  them  through  the belt formed in front .

 

Cross the wrap in front of yourself under your waist.

Continue to go around your waist with the wrap.
 
Tie a knot either in the front or the back.
